Adv. Elad Tsabari holds LL.B and MBA degrees from the respective faculties at Tel Aviv University, and has been practicing intellectual property law since 2003.
Elad Tsabari, Law Firm was founded in 2013. Since its inception the firm has been providing legal services in the various fields of intellectual property.
The firm's clients include various leading commercial companies, institutions and non-profit organizations.
In the field of intellectual property the firm’s services cover the three legal levels that ensure the full realization of intellectual property rights: Registration of the different types of intellectual property rights; Conducting legal proceedings before the court and the Israel Patents, Designs and Trademarks Office; Commercialization of rights – negotiating and drafting agreements for the licensing and assignment of intellectual property rights.
Prior to founding a private firm, Adv. Tsabari acquired his experience in the leading intellectual property firms in Israel – Luthi & Co., Gilat, Bareket & Co. (of the Reinhold Cohn Group), and Seligsohn Gabrieli & Co. During this period Adv. Tsabari engaged in the representation of leading local and international firms and organizations.
